Holy Trinity Catholic High School has partnered with Learfield College Seating Company which assists Baylor University and the University of Texas for the upcoming football season.  They offer a padded seatback to season ticket holders at the football stadium.  These seats are “installed” to the seat location of people that rent the seat for the season.  Once installed, it stays in place for the entire season.  They have about 11,000 chairs to install. This is where we come in.  We will perform the labor of the program.  It takes about 5 minutes per seat to install (if you did it by yourself).

In a nutshell, we would install the seats, usually on a couple of different days. After the last game of the season, the group would remove the installed chairs and store them in the storage area. The pay is $1 to install the chairs and $1 to remove the chairs. 

They are also looking for help with single-game rentals during the home games. There are a few gameday rental booths set up at various locations around the stadium where fans who do not have season lease seatbacks can rent a seatback for a single game that we need people to be stationed at. That would include an additional lump sum payment for each game for manning the booths and a commission for every seat rented. The gameday rentals must be picked up, cleaned, and rented again at the next game after each game. This would also include handling minor customer service requests, such as helping with missing seats for season leaseholders by giving them a single game rental to place on their bleacher location in place of their season lease seat.

In order for us to participate in this NO-SELLING fundraising opportunity,  We are looking for volunteers to help with various tasks, such as setting up the event, preparing food, and assisting with fundraising efforts. Any support you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
